Thembeka Nhlapo

Thembeka Nhlapo is an experienced professional in the travel and tourism industry, currently serving in a marketing role at Go Touch Down Travel & Tours since March 2015. Prior to this, Thembeka held the position of training manager at the same company from January 2015 to August 2024. Earlier experience includes working as a personal assistant at Mthuji Trading cc from February 2012 to December 2013, focusing on office organization and client communications, and serving as a service leader for City Year in 2012, engaging with various charitable organizations. Thembeka began a career in customer service as a call center representative at Aegis Global Academy in early 2011. Educationally, Thembeka holds a degree in Business Management from the University of the Witwatersrand and completed secondary education at Langlaagte Technical High School.
