Sana Gabula

Sana Gabula is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Head of Operations at Goalbook since September 2023. Previous roles include Chief of Staff at Formative and Chief Operating Officer at BrightBytes, where Sana also held various positions including VP of Operations and Director of Operations. Early in the career, Sana worked as a Summer Associate at Bain & Company, conducting strategic analysis for a Fortune 500 client, and as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company, focusing on public school-system transformation. Additionally, Sana has experience as a Fellow with Teach For India, teaching Grade 3 in Mumbai, and as a Systems Analyst at GE, achieving a 'Top Talent' rating. Education includes an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai.
