Melissa Ngo-Harris

Melissa Ngo-Harris currently serves as the VP of Global Talent Acquisition at GoDaddy, a role held since October 2025. Prior to this position, Melissa held the same title at Conga from June 2022 to October 2025, contributing to solutions that streamline revenue lifecycle management. Melissa's experience includes a significant tenure at Accenture, where leadership as VP of Global Talent Acquisition for N3 resulted in the expansion of a recruiting team during a high-growth phase and complex acquisition, alongside responsibilities as Sr Director for N3's Global Talent Acquisition. Previous roles include Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Aptos Retail and Talent Acquisition Leader at Inform, Inc. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Illinois State University.
