Andrea Chen

Andrea Chen is a user experience designer with three years of experience. Andrea started their career as a design intern at AMPOS Solutions Inc., where they conducted user research and developed product personas. Andrea then transitioned to UX designer at Crypto-Arsenal, where they worked as a project owner in an agile team and conducted user research through focus group interviews and other methods. Most recently, Andrea has been working as a UX designer at Synology since October 2019. In this role, they design the user interface of the company's website platform, including workflow, wireframes, and mockups.

Andrea Chen's educational career includes studying at the Institute of Communication Studies at National Chiao Tung University and also studying for a Bachelor's degree in Visual and Communication Studies at Shih Hsin University.
