Kabi Gishuru

Kabi Gishuru is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at GoFundMe since September 2025. Previously, Kabi held several key positions at Netflix from August 2019 to August 2024, including Director of Strategic Programs and Director of Global Inclusion Recruiting Programs. Additionally, Kabi participated as a Fellow in the Fall '23 Cohort of the Black Venture Institute, enhancing skills in venture capital. Kabi's earlier experience includes roles at Lyft as Manager of Diversity Recruiting & Partnerships, and Human Resources Manager at Community Schools Collaboration. Kabi began a career in administrative positions, including a role as a Legal Assistant at Halpern & Oliver, PLLC. Kabi holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Seattle University.
