Jerry Johnson

Jerry Johnson possesses extensive experience in educational technology and customer service. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Specialist II at GoGuardian since February 2021, Jerry has previously held multiple roles including Solutions Engineer I and Senior Implementation Specialist. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Muskegon Public Schools from September 2006 to June 2020, where Jerry led as the Director of Technology, focusing on professional development and technology integration in PreK-12 settings. Jerry also has a background as an Administrator and Principal at Bluffton Elementary, where leadership contributed to the school being recognized as a top performer in urban education. Earlier coaching roles at Mona Shores and Fruitport Community Schools further complement Jerry's career in educational leadership. Jerry holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Western Michigan University.
