Joseph G. Flanagan

Joseph G. Flanagan has served as a member of GoHealth, Inc.’s board of directors since 2020 and as a member of GoHealth Holdings, LLC’s board of managers since 2020. Mr. Flanagan has also served as our President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the board of directors of R1 RCM Inc. (“R1”), a healthcare revenue cycle management company, since May 2016, after having served as R1’s President and Chief Operating Officer since April 2016. Mr. Flanagan joined R1 as Chief Operating Officer in April 2013 after serving as Senior Vice President of worldwide operations and supply chain at Applied Materials, Inc., a supplier of equipment, services and software for the manufacture of semiconductor chips for electronics, from 2010 to 2013, and as President of Nortel Business Services for Nortel Networks from 2009 to 2010. From 1993 to 2006, Mr. Flanagan worked for General Electric, holding leadership positions in many divisions. Mr. Flanagan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
