Erika Madison Williams has over 20 years of experience in various HR roles. Erika is currently the VP of People and Culture at GoHealth, where they oversee the restructuring of the HR department and the implementation of diversity and inclusion programs. Prior to this, Erika worked as the Director of HR, Operations and Strategy at Enlivant, where they focused on building HR practices and procedures to ensure consistency and effectiveness throughout the organization. Erika has also held senior-level positions at Bryan Cave, CNA Insurance, Combined Insurance, ACE USA, US Cellular, and Sprint, where they were involved in leadership training, employee relations, and strategic planning. Erika has a Master's degree in Human Resources.

Erika Madison Williams holds a Bachelor's degree in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from Illlinois State University. Erika also has a Master's degree in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago.
