Renata Fonseca

Renata Fonseca has extensive experience in legal and compliance roles, currently serving as the Executive Director of Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Institutional Relations at GOL Linhas Aéreas since August 2012. In this position, Renata has led a team of four in planning and strategizing for Institutional Relations to enhance collaboration with business areas and strengthen connections with legislative, executive, and regulatory bodies. Previously, as Executive Manager of Institutional Relations, responsibilities included managing a team and shaping strategic engagements. Renata also has significant legal management experience overseeing 33 professionals at GOL in various legal sectors, and prior to that, worked as an attorney at Grupo Comporte and Ferreira Pires Advogados, focusing on litigation, tax consulting, and regulatory matters. Renata holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, earned between 1998 and 2002.
