Victoria Patten

Victoria Patten is a seasoned geologist with extensive experience in exploration and geotechnical engineering. Currently serving as a Project Exploration Geologist at Gold Fields since March 2023, Victoria previously held the title of Exploration Geologist at Gold Road Resources and KIN Mining NL, where responsibilities included interpretation, drilling program planning, and mentoring junior geologists. Other notable roles include Contract Exploration Geologist at Ausgold Limited and Geotechnical Engineer at Knight Piesold, where project management and compliance with QAQC standards were key. Victoria also has experience from a range of companies including PolarX Limited, Arcadis, ERRIS Resources Limited, AECOM, and an internship at Roxgold Inc. Victoria holds an MSc in Mining Geology from Camborne School of Mines and a BSc in Geology from Kingston University.
