Ashley Lam

Ashley Lam is a seasoned professional in leadership development and talent management, currently serving as Vice President at Goldman Sachs within the Pine Street Leadership Development Group since October 2017. Prior to this role, Ashley held various positions within the same group, starting as an Analyst and advancing to Senior Analyst and Associate. Ashley's experience includes serving as an Officer in Talent & Leadership at AXA from October 2016 to October 2017 and as an Assistant Learning & Development Officer from January 2014 to September 2015. Ashley also gained valuable experience as a Learning & Development Intern at Coach and as a Human Resources Intern at Springer Nature. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
