Aaron Simon

Aaron Simon is a Senior Associate at Golub Capital, with experience in leveraged finance, where Aaron has worked since September 2020. Prior to this role, Aaron served as an Associate and gained foundational experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at Jefferies from July 2018 to September 2020, along with a summer analyst position at the same firm in 2017. Early career experiences include financial analyst internships at Trematon Capital Investments Ltd and GlassRatner Advisory & Capital Group LLC in 2016. Aaron's leadership skills were developed during their time as a Cabin Counselor and Head of Basketball Activities at Camp Kawaga from 2013 to 2015. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, graduating in 2018, and also completed a program at iXperience in 2016. Aaron's academic journey started at Pace Academy High School, where graduation occurred in 2014.
