Patrick Hayes

Patrick Hayes is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in middle market lending and credit facilities. Currently serving as Managing Director at Golub Capital since August 2008, Patrick oversees the structuring of financing solutions up to $250 million and manages senior credit facilities and proprietary GOLD facilities up to $500 million. Prior to this role, Patrick held the position of Senior Vice President at GE Capital from October 2001 to May 2008 and at Heller Financial from August 1986 to October 2001. Patrick earned an M.B.A. from Northwestern University between 1997 and 1999 and obtained a B.S. in Finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1982 to 1986.
