German Ildefonso Apolinar has extensive work experience in finance and administration. German is currently serving as the Director of Administration and Finance at Good Foods Group, LLC since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Congeladora Y Empacadora Nacional, S.A. de C.V from September 1990 to September 2021, where they performed various roles including finance and cost accounting. German 'sresponsibilities included budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, logistics development, production planning, general accounting, cost accounting, cost system development and implementation, asset control, tax planning, internal and external audit management, and inventory management. Before their role at Congeladora Y Empacadora Nacional, they worked as a Cost Accountant at Grupo Industrial Tarasco, S.A. de C.V. from June 1988 to July 1990.

German Ildefonso Apolinar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting with a focus on Accounting and Finance from the University Michoacana de San Nicolas de Hidalgo, where they studied from 1981 to 1988. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Administration with a specialization in General Finance at the same university, from 2001 to 2003.
