Daniel Mott has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Daniel began as a Crew Member at Papa Murphy's International in 2008, then worked as a Server at Olive Garden in 2012. From 2013 to 2015, they were an Electronics Associate and Cart Associate at Sam's Club. In 2015, they became a Relationship Banker at Bank of the West. In 2016, they moved to Exxel Outdoors as a Junior Accountant, and in 2018 they joined Good Karma Foods, Inc. as a Staff Accountant.

Daniel Mott earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Public Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance, General from Colorado Mesa University between 2011 and 2016.
