David Bienvenue

David Bienvenue has extensive work experience in the field of Protein Sciences.

David is currently working as a Senior Director in Protein Sciences at Bonum Therapeutics since September 2022. Previously, they held the same position at Good Therapeutics, Inc. from June 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining Good Therapeutics, Inc., David worked at Aptevo Therapeutics Inc as Vice President of Protein Sciences and CMC from September 2012 to June 2021.

Prior to that, they were the Director of Protein Sciences and Target Discovery at VLST Corporation from July 2006 to September 2012.

David started their career at Dendreon Corporation as a Senior Scientist from November 2001 to July 2006.

Throughout their career, David has gained expertise in protein production, characterization, and formulation development. David has also been involved in tech transfer of protein production processes and managing relationships with CMOs and CROs.

David Bienvenue earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry from Rivier College from 1991 to 1995. Subsequently, they attended Utah State University, where they pursued further studies from 1996 to 2001. At Utah State University, David completed a Ph.D. in Biochemistry, with a specialization in Bio-inorganic chemistry.
