Ruben Grangaard is a seasoned research and impact leader with over 12 years of experience in generating and utilizing evidence for effective decision-making across complex environments. They have worked with organizations globally, focusing on designing impact measurement frameworks, leading multi-stakeholder collaborations, and implementing innovative monitoring and evaluation strategies. Their past roles include positions at Mercy Corps, the United States Institute of Peace, and DAI, where they directed global teams and launched initiatives that significantly enhanced organizational learning and evidence use. Currently, they serve as an Independent Consultant and Director of Business Intelligence, leading evaluations and strategic initiatives that drive social good. Ruben holds a Master's degree in International and Development Economics from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The University of Queensland.
