Victoria Gardner

Victoria Gardner currently serves as General Counsel at Goodman since 2019, following a trajectory that includes roles as Assistant General Counsel in Hong Kong and Senior Legal Consultant for Greater China. In addition to this, Victoria contributes to the University of Liverpool Management School's International Advisory Board and previously held leadership roles at the Urban Land Institute, where responsibilities included Chair of the Women's Leadership Initiative and ExCo Member from 2020 until July 2023. Prior legal experience includes a long tenure at Berwin Leighton Paisner from 2000 to 2016, where positions ranged from Associate to Senior Resident Partner. Additionally, a brief stint as Senior Legal Secondee at Tesco occurred in 2008. Victoria holds a law degree from the University of Liverpool and has further legal education from The University of Law.
