Siva Prakash

Siva Prakash currently serves as the India Head of Engineering, Digital & IT Solutions at Goodyear Global Technology Center since January 2025. Previously, Siva held the role of Chief Operating Officer for Group Digital & IT at Saint-Gobain from January 2022 to January 2025, where leadership focused on transforming manufacturing through innovative Digital & IT and Industry 4.0 solutions. Siva's extensive experience includes a tenure at Schneider Electric from January 2013 to January 2022, culminating in the position of VP of Engineering, with significant contributions to IoT and Smart Manufacturing. Additional leadership roles encompassed APAC Regional Director and Engineering R&D Director at Schneider Electric, as well as General Manager at Bosch Global Software Technologies and Software Technical Architect at General Electric India Technology Centre. Siva holds an Executive General Management degree from INSEAD and is a Certified Independent Director from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.
