Courtney Kaczka

Courtney Kaczka is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the nonprofit and education sectors. Currently serving as Sales Manager for State and Local Government at Gordian since August 2025, Courtney previously held the position of Regional Vice President for Higher Education and Nonprofit at DocuSign from April 2021 to August 2025. Prior roles at Blackbaud included various sales leadership positions, such as Inside Sales Manager and Account Manager, where Courtney focused on helping nonprofits optimize their fundraising strategies through data-driven solutions. Courtney's career began at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Assistant. Educationally, Courtney holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from PennWest California, awarded in 2011.
