Matthew Kimball

Matthew Kimball, FMP, currently serves as a Facilities Assessment Consultant at Gordian since January 2024, focusing on data-driven decisions for facility operational effectiveness and capital investments. Previously, from March 2023 to August 2023, Kimball worked as a Construction Project Manager at Prometheus Franchise Restaurant Holdings, LLC, managing strategic roadmaps for construction projects in hospitality. Prior experience includes overseeing construction projects at Suncoast Credit Union from August 2019 to March 2023 and serving as Sr. Analyst of Facilities at Verizon for over 12 years, where significant oversight of capital projects and vendor management was established. Kimball holds a Certificate in Project Management from Liberty University and a Facilities Management Professional certification, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from ITT Technical Institute.
