Ryan Perfit

Ryan Perfit is the current CFO at GoShare. Prior to this, they held various finance-related positions at Only NY, EON, and GoShare. From February 2012 to May 2019, they were the Senior Vice President of Finance and Interim CFO at Fluent, Inc. During their time there, they piloted the transformation of the finance department from four to thirteen people. Ryan also oversaw the monthly and quarterly accounting close process, prepared financial statements in accordance with GAAP, and managed the annual audit with top-ten accounting firms. In addition, they presided over all public company financial responsibilities including investor relations, preparation of 10-Qs, and SOX 404 and ASC 606 compliance. Ryan also led the annual strategic planning and budgeting process and quarterly guidance updates with the goal of tying strategic objectives to KPIs and financial forecasts. Furthermore, they directed cash flow planning, collections, and payables management to facilitate growth while limiting risk. Lastly, they guided internal systems restructuring efforts including various data synchronization efforts, the development of a proprietary billing platform and workflow design for an ERP implementation.

They are on a team with Sean Peek - Director of Customer Service, Tucker Littleton - Director of Customer Success, and Chris Hinz - CRO. Their manager is Shaun Savage, Founder & CEO.
