Jean Saintonge is an experienced international relations professional with a robust background in governmental roles in Quebec. Since July 2021, Jean has served as a retiree after holding the position of Secretary General at the Délégation générale du Québec à Paris from October 2019 to July 2021. Prior to this, Jean was Directeur Général at the Ministère des Relations internationales et de la Francophonie du Québec (MRIF) from October 2013 to August 2019 and held various positions including Québec Delegate in Boston and Director of the United States Division at MRIF. Additionally, Jean has experience in economic affairs, having been Directeur Affaires économiques at the Délégation générale du Québec à New York. Jean holds a Diplôme international in Administration publique from ENA, a Master's in Development régional from Université du Québec à Rimouski, and a Bachelor's in Economics from UQAM.
