Kevin West

Kevin West is currently the Fulfillment & Operations Director at GPX Intelligence. Prior to this, they were with Crow Shooting Supply, Inc. from June 2018 to November 2021, where they were a Fulfillment Supervisor. Kevin was responsible for solving day-to-day operational problems on a front-line basis and stepping in to help when necessary, determining labor requirements throughout the day/week/month and scheduling accordingly while controlling overtime, providing coaching to the team leads on a regular basis and other employees when needed, communicating all related information to employees including performance metrics, safety information, scheduling, etc., providing innovative solutions to promote continuous improvement, seeking to simplify operations and to reduce expenses, directing implementation of project initiatives, monitoring and forecasting needs for equipment and supplies and placing orders strategically, reviewing fulfillment requirements and setting team/individual goals to meet production demands, and remaining current on and benchmarking warehouse and fulfillment processes and technology and identifying opportunities to leverage within the Brownells fulfillment center. Kevin also has experience as a District Manager Trainee with Speedway LLC from November 2017 to April 2018.

Kevin West holds a BA in Organizational Communications from Wright State University and is certified in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from the Iowa Quality Center and Six Sigma White Belt from Aveta Business Institute.

Eve Dumaual - Customer Support Manager, Jonathan Hicks - Fulfillment Manager report to Kevin West. Kevin West works with and Laura Mazzotta - Accounting Assistant. Kevin West reports to Tammy Henning, Controller.
