Daniel Lee

Daniel Lee is the Director of Software Engineering at Grafana Labs. Daniel has over fifteen years of experience in the software development industry.

Lee began their career as a programmer with Schenker Dedicated AB in 2003. Daniel worked with C#/.NET 2.0 and ASP.NET with AJAX. In 2008, they moved to Intellecta Systems AB as a programmer.

In 2009, Lee became a consultant with Active Solution. Daniel built new systems and maintained existing ones, mostly using .NET and JavaScript. Daniel remained with Active Solution until 2013 when they joined Tradera as a software engineer.

At Tradera, Lee worked on replacing the Tradera site with a new responsive site that was released in June 2014. The new site led to an increase in mobile users and now more than half of all visits are made by mobile users. Lee left Tradera in 2016 to join Grafana Labs as the Director of Software Engineering.

Daniel Lee has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems from the University of Limerick.
