Hannah White, Assoc CIPD

Hannah White is the Senior Manager of People Operations at Grafana Labs. Hannah has over seven years of experience in Human Resources and has worked in both the UK and France.

Hannah started their career as an HR Business Partner at Canonical Ltd. in April 2012. In this role, they were responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management, advising managers on employee issues, and acting as a consultant to client groups. Hannah also maintained a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, engagement and retention activities, compensation and benefits. In October 2019, they left Canonical Ltd. to join Grafana Labs as the Senior Manager of People Operations.

In their current role, Hannah is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, overseeing employee onboarding and orientation, managing payroll and benefits, and handling employee relations issues. Hannah is also responsible for implementing HR process improvement initiatives and running HR-related projects globally.
