Kimberly Scott

Kimberly Scott has extensive experience in the contact center and education sectors. Currently serving as Contact Center Senior Manager at Grainger Canada since May 2011, Kimberly has held various roles within the company, including Contact Center Manager, Inbound Supervisor for Large DC, SAP Trainer, and Warehouse Supervisor. Prior to her tenure at Grainger Canada, Kimberly worked as a Teacher for the Fort McMurray Public School District from October 2007 to June 2010. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Alberta, obtained between 2002 and 2005.
