Joe Xavier

Joe Xavier is the VP of engineering at Grammarly. Joe has also previously served as the VP of engineering at Mixpanel, Inc., the director of engineering at Twitter, and the Sr. manager - software engineering at Amazon.com. Prior to their work at Amazon, Xavier was a member of the team that became SQL Azure at Microsoft. Joe has also worked on anti-spam/phishing features for Office Outlook and XML features for SQL Server 2005.

Joe Xavier attended The University of Texas at Austin, where they received their MS in Electrical & Computer Engineering.

They are on a team with Dmytro Lider - Co-Founder, Head of Language Technology, Alex Shevchenko - Co-Founder, Product Manager, and Max Lytvyn - Co-Founder, Head of Revenue. Joe Xavier reports to Brad Hoover, CEO.
