Marie Buisset

Marie Buisset is a seasoned human resources development professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent management. Currently serving as Chargée de développement RH #IT at Axians France since April 2022, Marie focuses on candidate sourcing, employee development, client relations, and the implementation of Boond Manager tools for Outsourcing France. Previously, Marie held roles at EIFFAGE GLOBAL SERVICES and Eiffage Construction, where responsibilities included recruiting interns, permanent staff, and supporting management in various HR functions. An international volunteer at the European Foundation for Cambodian Children, Marie has also contributed significantly to HR processes during a prior alternance in Eiffage Construction, leading initiatives in recruitment optimization and employee competency evaluation.
