Essi Kuikka

Essi Kuikka is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in energy efficiency and property management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Granlund since January 2020, Essi has previously held roles as an Energy Specialist and Senior Property Manager at Colliers International from May 2017 to December 2019. Essi's involvement in public service includes a position as a Board Member representing the Green Party of Helsinki from January 2010 to June 2017 and as a City Council Member for Helsinki from January 2009 to December 2012. Prior experience includes property management, consultancy in biogas production and wastewater treatment, and application engineering focused on biogas and biodiesel potentials. Essi holds a Master’s degree in Building Services (HVAC Engineering) from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, along with further qualifications in property management and environmental science. Additionally, Essi has a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, showcasing a strong educational foundation.
