Joel Yoder

Joel Yoder has a varied work experience spanning different roles and industries. Joel is currently working at Grant Street Group as an Operations Lead, starting in October 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Analyst at Grant Street Group from February 2022 to October 2023. In 2018, Joel worked as an Independent Web Consultant and Design for various clients. Joel also had experience as a Junior Developer at Real Big Marketing from May 2021 to November 2021. Joel served as the Director of Web Services at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College from June 2016 to May 2021, managing the institution's external-facing web presence. Before that, they worked as an Ad Designer at Valley Press Inc from May 2015 to June 2016 and as a Freelance Designer at The Alexander Agency, supporting Wordpress-based site development and producing motion graphics. Joel also had a short stint as Creative & Interactive Support at MillerWhite, LLC in 2015. Prior to that, Joel served as a Web Editor for The Indiana Stateman/ISU Student Media from January 2012 to May 2014, where they expanded the online presence of the newspaper. Joel also worked as an Intern at Zero Echo Media in 2013, helping with print, TV, and social media marketing. Additionally, Joel worked as a Resident Assistant at Indiana State University from August 2012 to May 2013, overseeing a floor of forty residents.

Joel Yoder received a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from Indiana State University in 2014. In 2018, they completed their Master of Leadership Development in Organizational Leadership at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College.
