Caroline Matthews

Caroline Matthews is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as the People & Culture Director and Head of Talent Acquisition & Global Mobility at Grant Thornton Ireland since October 2022, Caroline previously held significant roles at PwC Ireland, including Senior HR Manager and Head of Experienced Hire Recruitment from February 2016 to October 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Talent Acquisition Senior Business Partner EMEA at Kerry Group, Career Coach and Trainer at Career Source, Head of Careers at National College of Ireland, and various recruitment consultant roles at Robert Half and Morgan McKinley. Caroline holds a BA in German & Sociology from Maynooth University.
