Jennifer leads People Operations efforts at Granular which includes overseeing Talent, HR, Operations and Learning and Development. Jennifer joined Granular early 2018 as Head of Talent, quickly meeting Granular's accelerated hiring needs before moving into the VP, People Ops role in October 2018. Prior to joining Granular, Jennifer oversaw the global hiring needs at various tech companies in the Bay Area. Before pivoting mid career to roles within People Operations, Jennifer spent many years in Project Management, Marketing and managing teams. Jennifer has a B.S. in Journalism from University of Maryland.
