Alice B. Young

Alice B. Young, CRM, has extensive experience in records management, with over 25 years at the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) as a Records Management Specialist since 1997. Responsibilities include managing and overseeing information, ensuring compliance with State of Florida information management laws, and supervising offsite information storage. Prior to GOAA, Alice served as Association Director at ARMA International from July 2011 to June 2014 and worked as a Records Specialist for the City of Titusville from 1986 to 1997. Alice earned a Bachelor's degree in Business (BSBM) from the University of Phoenix between 2002 and 2004.
