Mahmoud Hermes is an experienced management professional currently serving as the Accountable Manager and Head of Production Organization at H55, a company focused on developing electrical propulsion systems for aviation. With a strong background in production management, Mahmoud previously worked as Head of Production at Xerotech, where the focus was on advanced battery systems, and as EV Production Manager at Roam, overseeing electric vehicle manufacturing in Africa. Prior roles include Production Manager at Mobius Motors, emphasizing vehicle design for African roads, and Process Section Head at Bavarian Auto Group, where leadership in BMW’s production plant was key to successful model ramp-ups.
