Derek Spors

Derek Spors is a seasoned professional in the food industry, currently serving as Managing Director at Spork & Ladle since February 2011, focusing on creative and technical product development with an emphasis on natural/organic and super premium products. As a Co-Founder and Board Member of Wilde Chips since July 2013, and a Board Member at Boulder Bears Football, Inc., and the owner of the Green Bay Packers, Derek has demonstrated strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills. Prior to these roles, Derek founded Spors Consulting, worked as Vice President of Operations at Revelry Brands, and held positions as Director of Research & Development at Bear Naked and Senior Product Developer at Ben & Jerry's. Derek holds an MBA from Champlain College and a BS in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
