Kal Athannassov

Kal Athannassov is a skilled character designer and art director with extensive experience in the animation industry. Currently serving as a Character Designer at Green Street Pictures since April 2024, Kal has previously worked at notable companies such as Warner Bros. Animation and Disney Television Animation. With leadership roles at Titmouse and Netflix, Kal has contributed to a variety of projects, including the Emmy award-winning "Crow: The Legend." Kal's background includes creating compelling character designs, style guides, and concept art, supported by a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Animation from Ringling College of Art and Design.
