Greg Herbert

Greg Herbert has extensive experience in litigation, focusing on media, First Amendment, and intellectual property law. Currently serving as Co-Chair of the Orlando Litigation Department at Greenberg Traurig, LLP since December 1996, Greg also holds the title of Shareholder in the Litigation/IP division. Previous positions include attorney at Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke LLP in New York from July 1992 to November 1996, where responsibilities included pre-publication and pre-broadcast reviews and libel/defamation defense. Additionally, Greg worked as a foreign attorney in Tokyo at Konaka Toyama Hosoya from September 1990 to June 1992 and held clerk roles at Nauta Dutilh in Rotterdam and Cameron Markby Hewitt in 1990. Greg earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Harvard Law School (1986-1990) and a B.A. in English and Business from Florida State University (1982-1986).
