Maaike Verwer

Maaike Verwer is an experienced professional in customer experience and project management, currently serving as the CX Lead at Greenchoice since October 2025. Previously, Maaike held the position of CX Business Consultant at Sabio from February 2024 to September 2025, focusing on enhancing customer experiences. A Customer Experience Manager at Expoints from July 2021 to January 2024, Maaike also acted as an account manager, establishing strategic partnerships with key accounts in various sectors. Prior experience includes roles in customer success at KPMG Nederland and Stibo Systems, as well as IT project management at GGD GHOR Nederland. Maaike began a career at Rabobank Oosterschelde, specializing in process control and risk management, after completing a Master’s degree in International Business Communication at Radboud University.
