Technical Sales Lead at Greener Power Solutions

Thomas Nagel has a diverse work experience in various industries. Thomas began their career as a Music Producer at The Prime Music from June 2010 to September 2016, where they produced and wrote music for clients such as Starbucks and Sinéad O'Connor. Thomas also released music under the name RYI.

In 2017, Thomas joined Gymeyes as an Operations Coordinator, a role they held until July 2019. At Gymeyes, they coordinated various operational tasks within the company.

Following their time at Gymeyes, Thomas joined Greener Power Solutions in March 2019 as a Research Intern during their Bachelor degree program in Science, Business, and Innovation at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. In this role, they conducted research on the influence of mobile batteries on temporary energy grids used at events and festivals.

After completing their internship, Thomas transitioned to the role of Sales Manager at Greener Power Solutions from July 2019 to December 2022. Thomas provided technical support to sales managers and ensured optimal solutions were delivered to clients.

Currently, Thomas serves as the Technical Sales Lead at Greener Power Solutions from December 2022. Thomas is responsible for translating the company's technical knowledge and experience to the commercial team and clients. Their duties include documenting knowledge about batteries, creating user-friendly sales tools, and providing technical support on complex projects.

Thomas Nagel began their education at De Waerdenborch, where they attended from 2004 to 2010. During this time, they studied Atheneum, with a focus on Science and Engineering. After completing their secondary education, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Science, Business and Innovation at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, in 2018, Nagel had the opportunity to study abroad at The University of Western Australia, where they earned a Minor degree in Business. Recently, they engaged in further studies by pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Administration at the University of Amsterdam, completing their studies in 2020.
