Frances Fay

Frances Fay has extensive experience in sustainability and corporate responsibility, currently serving as Head of Sustainability at Belron® since June 2024. Prior roles include Head of ESG at Greenergy and Head of Corporate Responsibility at Royal Mail. Frances held an External Board Trustee position at the University of East Anglia Student Union, ensuring compliance with Charity Commission guidelines. As Group Director of Corporate Responsibility at FirstGroup plc, Frances developed a corporate responsibility strategy addressing key global challenges. Previous experience includes roles as Global Sustainability Director and Global Head of Sustainability at Amec Foster Wheeler, where Frances led sustainability initiatives across diverse sectors in 50 countries. Frances holds a postgraduate diploma in sustainable development from Staffordshire University and a degree in Chemistry and Environmental Science from the University of Kent.
