Chief Customer Officer at Greenhouse

Sarah Bernard is the current Chief Customer Officer at Greenhouse. Sarah has also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Crisis Text Line, a small non-profit mental health texting service, and as a Steering Committee Member for Women in Product.

Bernard began their career as a Co-Producer for the Product Leader Summit. Sarah then became the Vice President & Officer for Product and Design at Jet, where they led executives in the development and execution of tactical plans supporting objectives and goals.

In their role at Crisis Text Line, Bernard developed and launched an inaugural strategic plan in their first 60 days. Sarah also raised $40M in funding from philanthropic tech industry professionals and foundations.

Sarah Bernard graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science from Brown University. Sarah then went on to obtain a certification from LinkedIn in Psychological Safety: Clear Blocks to Innovation, Collaboration, and Risk-Taking.
