Vinay Bhatia

Vinay Bhatia is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel for Greenko Group since January 2019. Previously, Vinay held the position of General Counsel at IL&FS Financial Services Ltd from November 2016 to November 2018 and was the Director of Legal & General Counsel for India at SunEdison from June 2010 to October 2016, overseeing legal matters for the Asia Pacific, South Africa, and GCC regions. Vinay began a legal career as a Senior Associate at Amarchand & Mangaldas from March 2008 to March 2010, following experience as Assistant Vice President - Legal at Franklin Templeton Investments from August 2004 to February 2008. Additionally, Vinay worked as a Manager in the Special Asset Management Group at ICICI Bank from June 2001 to July 2004, focusing on debt restructuring and corporate financing. Vinay holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the National Law School of India University, obtained in 2001.
