Neil Garrod

CFO at Greensill

Neil is Greensill’s Chief Financial Officer, where he is in charge of spearheading the company’s next phase of financial development amid continuing rapid growth.

Prior to joining Greensill, Neil spent 18 years at Vodafone, 10 of them as the telecom’s Global Group Treasurer, where he was responsible for funding global operating subsidiaries and managing financial risk. He was also involved with Vodafone’s M&A activity where he established the valuation framework and policy used for acquisition.

Previously, Neil worked for a number of investment banks over a period of 13 years, including Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, and Nomura. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies (Hons) from CASS, as well as a postgraduate master’s in Finance from London Business School, and a graduate diploma in law. In 2019, Neil earned a Fellowship from the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
