Customer Experience Director at GreenSquareAccord

Rachel joined GreenSquare in March 2019, bringing with her extensive experience of leading customer services teams and transforming services to meet the varied and evolving needs of customers. For 11 years, Rachel worked for HSBC, leading customer-facing teams in several branches in the South West of England, before taking up positions at the HSBC head office leading customer experience transformation for personal loans and mortgages.

More recently, Rachel was director of customer services for an outsourced billing and collections company serving the water sector. She was responsible for delivering outstanding customer service across contact centre, account processing and customer complaints teams, in addition to a number of customer service improvement projects.

Customer service has been the focus of Rachel’s career and her passion for delivering service excellence is second to none.
