Noël Appel

Noël Appel is the SVP of Greenwich Hospital Foundation at Greenwich Hospital. Noël was previously the Associate Dean of Development Bouve College of Health Sciences at Northeastern University from January 2013 to December 2013. In this role, they were responsible for major gift fundraising for the School of Nursing, School of Pharmacy and five other Health Profession programs. Noël also oversaw the 50th Anniversary celebration for the School of Nursing, alumni and parent regional events, volunteer management, publications and marketing, and capital campaign.

From November 1997 to December 2012, Appel served as the Assistant Vice President for Development at Fairfield University. In this role, they were responsible for major gift fundraising and private foundation fundraising. Noël also oversaw school based advisory boards for the College of Arts and Sciences, School of Nursing, Graduate School of Education and Allied Professions, and Center for Faith and Public Life.

Appel then served as the Senior Vice President & Chief Development Officer at Yale New Haven Health Greenwich Hospital from December 2012 to December 2013. In this role, they were responsible for leading the hospital's comprehensive development program.

From January 1993 to December 1997, Appel served as the Director of Westchester School/Business Partnerships at Southern Westchester Board of Cooperative Educational Services. In this role, they created partnerships between local businesses and schools in order to provide students with real-world experience in their field of interest.

Noël Appel has a BA in English from Fairfield University and an MA in Communication from Fairfield University.
