Robert Berkley has been working in IT security for over 12 years. Robert started their career as a Senior Information Security Analyst at [CVS Health](/org/cvs-health). In this role, they were responsible for providing Identity and Access management support to the business. Robert then moved on to Avnet Services: Business Solutions as an IT Security Consultant. In this role, they worked with request fulfillment, incident management, process improvement, problem determination, UBA case management, compliance review/remediation, and various ongoing projects. Robert has also worked with Azure portal and Exchange admins in ongoing user MEU conversion projects. In 2021, they are studying Risk, Azure topics, and overall IAM security related content.

Noël Appel is the SVP of Greenwich Hospital Foundation at Greenwich Hospital. Noël was previously the Associate Dean of Development Bouve College of Health Sciences at [Northeastern University](/org/northeastern-university) from January 2013 to December 2013. In this role, they were responsible for major gift fundraising for the School of Nursing, School of Pharmacy and five other Health Profession programs. Noël also oversaw the 50th Anniversary celebration for the School of Nursing, alumni and parent regional events, volunteer management, publications and marketing, and capital campaign.

From November 1997 to December 2012, Appel served as the Assistant Vice President for Development at [Fairfield University](/org/fairfield-university). In this role, they were responsible for major gift fundraising and private foundation fundraising. Noël also oversaw school based advisory boards for the College of Arts and Sciences, School of Nursing, Graduate School of Education and Allied Professions, and Center for Faith and Public Life.

Appel then served as the Senior Vice President & Chief Development Officer at [Yale New Haven Health](/org/yale-new-haven-health-services-corporation) Greenwich Hospital from December 2012 to December 2013. In this role, they were responsible for leading the hospital's comprehensive development program.

From January 1993 to December 1997, Appel served as the Director of Westchester School/Business Partnerships at Southern Westchester Board of Cooperative Educational Services. In this role, they created partnerships between local businesses and schools in order to provide students with real-world experience in their field of interest.

Diane P. Kelly, DNP, RN was appointed to the position of president of Greenwich Hospital in June 2020. Kelly was hired in 2018 as the chief operating officer for Greenwich Hospital. Prior to that, she held various clinical and leadership roles at Berkshire Medical Center, culminating in ten years as chief operating officer.

Diane is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds a Doctorate in Nurse Practice from the [University of San Francisco](/org/university-of-san-francisco) and a master’s degree in Business Administration.

Sheryl Battles is a communications and diversity strategist who has been a trustee at Greenwich Hospital since 2018. Sheryl previously worked as the Vice President of Communications and Diversity Strategy at [Pitney Bowes](/org/pitney-bowes) from 2015 to 2018, and as the VP of Corporate Communications from 2004 to 2015.
