Willow Chen

Willow Chen is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Learning and Product Associate at greenworkx, focusing on addressing the green skills emergency. With a background in innovative education as the Initiator and Co-Founder of UnLearning求知计划, Willow has worked on experiential learning initiatives for Chinese youth. Previous experience includes roles such as Strategy Associate at Prophet, Project Leader at 180 Degrees Consulting Amsterdam, and various internships in consulting and anthropology. Willow holds a Master of Philosophy in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Amsterdam, complemented by a diverse educational background including interdisciplinary studies and business administration.
