Andrew Hampshire

Andrew Hampshire has over 13 years of experience in the financial sector, with a focus on technology and data. Andrew is currently the COO & CTO at Gresham House, a position they have held since February 2017. Prior to this, they were an Investment Director at LDC, where they worked with boards and senior management teams to drive value growth via IT, technology, sales effectiveness and operational improvements. Andrew has also worked as a Senior Manager at Lloyds Banking Group, where they were responsible for setting up a Data function to improve data quality reporting and embedding accountability for data and data quality within the business. In 2006, they started their own software development and consulting company, which they ran until 2007.
