Robert Hicks

Robert Hicks is a Senior Managing Director of Real Estate at Greystar, with oversight of the company’s operations in the Desert Region, including Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico, totaling more than 52,000 units across 200 communities.

Prior to transitioning to Greystar, Robert was a Division President for Alliance Residential for thirteen years. With more than twenty-three years of experience in the multifamily industry, his background encompasses all aspects of multifamily housing operations, asset management, new business, and financial analysis. Robert holds an Arizona real estate license and has served as Board Chair for the Arizona Multifamily Association Board of Directors.

Robert graduated from Arizona State University.
